1. What Routine is
Routine is a scheduling, patient/client registration, and digital records platform — with a personal finance tracker and notes included on the same account —, offered by VIP-Insight to independent professionals and clinics ("client" or "you"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens in your account. The data you register about your own patients/clients (name, contact, records, appointments) is your responsibility in terms of accuracy and legal basis for processing it — Routine stores and processes that data on your behalf, as a work tool.
3. Permitted use
The account is for professional use, to manage your own schedule and your own patients/clients. You may not use the platform to store data about people without a legal basis to process it, nor attempt to access other platform clients' accounts or data.
4. Billing and cancellation
Billing terms are agreed directly with VIP-Insight when you sign up. You can close your account at any time by contacting our support channel.
5. Availability and limitations
We do our best to keep the platform available and data secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We recommend keeping your own backup routine for information critical to your business.
